Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026 · Pre-launch website
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we intend to handle personal information in connection with the Kaavidu website and, in the future, any Kaavidu account, order or communication. It applies to visitors of kaavidu.com.
Information we currently collect
At this stage, this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and its email sign-up and "add to cart" actions are not connected to any backend — nothing you type into those fields is saved, sent, or stored by us. Your web browser and network provider may still collect standard technical information (such as IP address) as part of normal internet traffic; we do not separately access or store this.
Information we will collect in the future
Once ordering, accounts and email sign-up go live, we expect to collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order details, solely to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and — where you opt in — send product and wellness updates. We will update this policy in detail before that happens, and we will not collect more than is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Cookies
This website does not currently set marketing, analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information, if any, we hold about you, and to request that it be corrected or deleted. Given this site does not currently store personal information submitted through it, we do not expect to hold any data to act on — but you're welcome to ask.
Contact us about privacy
We're finalizing a dedicated privacy contact channel ahead of launch. Until it's published on our Contact page, please treat this policy as a statement of intent rather than a fully operational privacy program.
Changes to this policy
We'll revise this page as our data practices change, particularly around launch. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
